Each effervescent tablet contains:
Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit ext. dry conc. 163mg
equiv. to dry fruit 5.7g
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 1000mg
Zinc (as Zinc Gluconate) 2mg

Instructions

Best taken at first signs of Cold & Flu symptoms.  Dissolve 1 tablet in 250mL (1 glass) of warm or cold water. Once dissolved consume immediately.   Adults: Take 1 effervescent tablet daily.
