Directions
Add 3 heaped tablespoons (35 g) of Vanilla Cookie Dough protein powder into:
- 350 mL water, milk or milk alternative
- Smoothies
- Foods, such as porridge, yoghurt, icecream, bliss balls and clean treats.
Can be used twice daily.
