This product has changed my life. For years I thought I had anxiety, couldn't sleep and always felt "jittery" until I read about the link between a lack of magnesium and these type of symptoms. I had also heard from a biomedical scientist (friend of my Dad) that 'Orotate' is the most bio-available form of magnesium, so I found and bought this product. I took double doses for about a week and all symptoms disappeared completely - and I mean ALL GONE COMPLETELY. I then dropped back to the recommended dose. I have been taking this product since that time (for about 9 years now) and from time to time if I get slack and forget for a few days the symptoms begin to return which is my cue to immediately get back onto the magnesium orotate, and this resolves the symptoms again. I have also seen a similar effect in others lives who had similar symptoms and tried this product when I suggested it. Also, out of interest, I have tried other forms of magnesium occasionally throughout the years (as they were cheaper) such as chelate, but on these other forms it was as if I wasn't taking magnesium at all. It's gotta be Orotate!
