Overview

Premular is a natural medicine clinically proven to relieve Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) symptoms including irritability, anger, altered mood, headache, bloating and breast fullness. Premular's ingredient Chaste tree is also traditionally used to regulate the menstrual cycle and reduce symptoms of menstrual irregularities.

Ingredients

Premular contains a specific extract of Chaste tree known as Ze 440.
Each tablet contains
Vitex agnus-castus equiv.
to dry fruit 180 mg.

Directions

Adults: 1 tablet daily, taken one hour before or after meals, preferably at the same time each day.
For best results take for three cycles minimum.
