Take 30 minutes before departure.
Adults and children 14 years and over:
One or two tablets. Repeat four to six hourly if necessary. Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours.
Children 4-7 years: Half a tablet
Children 8-13 years: One tablet
Repeat six to eight hourly if necessary. Do not exceed 3 doses in 24 hours.
Note: Tablets should be crushed and mixed with water, jam or honey before giving to young children (4-7 years) or people who have difficulty in swallowing tablets.
Do not use in children under 4 years of age.

Ask your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant.
Do not give to children under 4 years of age
Do not give to children between 4-11 years if age except on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking sedatives. This medication may cause drowsiness. If affected do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery. Avoid alcohol.
