Saccharomyces cerevisiae (boulardii) is a probiotic yeast that maintains beneficial intestinal flora.
SB Floractiv® 500 is a vegan formula that contains 10 billion CFU of Saccharomyces cerevisiae (boulardii) (SB), a probiotic yeast that supports intestinal health and maintains beneficial intestinal flora. SB helps to maintain healthy immune system function and helps reduce the occurrence of symptoms of traveller’s diarrhoea. SB has also been shown to provide relief of diarrhoea in children.

INGREDIENTS:Each capsule contains: Saccharomyces cerevisiae (boulardii) 500 mg (10 billion CFU)
Instructions
DOSAGE:Adults: Take 1 capsule one to two times a day. Children 2 months-17 years: To reduce diarrhoea: Give 1 capsule once a day. (Children unable to swallow: Capsule contents must be emptied and mixed with a small amount of food or liquid and consumed promptly.)
Take as directed.

Do not use if you have an immunocompromised condition, or allergies to yeast.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if the infant is preterm, talk to your health professional before use.
Use in children only under adult supervision. Not recommended for children under 2 months.
Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than: 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years, or 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years.
If you have any pre-existing conditions or are on any medications always talk to your health professional before use.
Some products should be ceased at least two weeks before any elective surgery, please confirm with your health professional.
