Overview

Qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid antigen in nasal specimen directly from individuals suspected of COVID-19 infection – for screening purposes.

Usage Directions:

A smear is taken from the front of the nose and applied to a test cassette. This works according to the lateral flow principle and shows within 10 to 15 minutes whether COVID-19 antigens could be detected in the sample. All the necessary materials are included in the test kit.

Warnings:

Negative test results do not exclude infection with SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19); face masks, social distancing and good hygiene practice must be maintained. Follow current government health messaging regarding confirmatory testing requirements.
